A social activist who patrols the city of New York and punishing criminals for their crimes. Later, he joins Justice Forever.

Biography

As Justice Forever patrols the streets, he, Moon Bird, Rocket-Man and All Seeing Eye join as secondary members of the team. 

Trivia

• Unlike his comic counterpart, he is loosely based on Marvel's Punisher rather than DC Comic's Nightwing.

• His costume is a black padded suit with a black and yellow mask and a yellow lightning bolt on his chest.

• His weapons are two hand saws which makes him the second superhero with them rather than the first which was Mr. Radical.

• He might also operate in the subways like his counterpart.
