Tay Weez was a small-time thief and drug addict who lived in Apartment 4F at 822 East 136th Street in new York City.

He committed a string of robberies, but was apprehended by the costumed vigilantes Kick-Ass and Ass-Kicker, who found him while he was unconscious and tied his hands while phoning the police.
